By accessing VibeUsers ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeUsers helps users find relevant Reddit conversations where potential customers discuss problems their product solves. The Service provides:

• Landing page analysis to extract keywords and relevant subreddits
• Daily monitoring of Reddit for matching conversations
• AI-generated suggested replies for user engagement

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered as a paid subscription ($19/month)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused monitoring

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to spam or harass Reddit users
• Post the same comment repeatedly across multiple threads
• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Share your account with others

6. Content and Monitoring

• We analyze publicly available Reddit content
• We generate suggested replies using AI — you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before posting
• We do NOT automatically post comments on your behalf
• You retain full control over what you post on Reddit

7. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• We will provide notice of significant changes when possible
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for Reddit account suspensions or bans
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months

9. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
• You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
